Swallow Design & Build are delighted to announce that they will be sponsoring Basingstoke Girls Rugby Club this season.
As individuals, Matthew and Andie are always keen to get involved with their local community. They were so impressed by the ethos of the club last year, when their youngest daughter joined, it was an easy decision to answer a plea to support for new kits.
The girls had an amazing season last year winning nearly all their games and performing to the best of their abilities, a tremendous effort they should all be so proud of. Their kit, however, did not reflect their ability. The club Chairperson, Michelle Amos, and her very able team redesigned the kit, returning it to the official club colours. It was revealed to the girls at the beginning of this season.
The under 18’s, 15’s and 13’s Girls Rugby Club will all be wearing the new kit and will be viewed as they tear up the local rugby fields on a Sunday Afternoon. The girls are a dedicated bunch, training every week and playing games across the south east. If anyone is interested in joining the club, more details are available on the club’s website. They have teams for all ages for girls and boys with an excellent management team lead by Michelle Amos who puts her whole heart into the sport and makes the club what it is: Fantastic. We are immensely proud to be a part of this club.
